Orders are typically shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. However, due to weather conditions or freight delays, delivery may take 14 to 21 days.

To avoid delays, please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout — these are required for carrier notifications and delivery updates.

✍️ Signature Required on Delivery

All shipments are sent with Direct Signature Required via FedEx. This means someone must be present to sign at the time of delivery.

If no one is available, FedEx will attempt delivery three (3) times before returning the package to Telesteps.

As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to be aware of the status of your delivery.
Your tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We do not reimburse shipping costs for packages returned due to missed delivery attempts.

After reviewing your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RMA) form. You must print and include this form with your return.

good quality but weird function

It is kinda weird that when you have to partially extend the ladder you have to lift from the bottom of the stack of rungs, pushing the stack of un-extended rungs up. What if you need 8 or 9 feet and you can't reach the part of the ladder that needs to extend? I am a home inspector and thought this ladder would be really useful for heights below 12 ft but now I have a ladder that rides around in my truck and I am still using my other brand's heavier ladder I was hoping to sell. I wish I had looked closer when I bought this....

We wanted to clarify that the ladder can also be partially extended by pulling upward from intermediate rung sections to create a custom working height, rather than only lifting from the bottom rung assembly.

This allows the ladder to be adjusted for lower-height applications and tighter spaces without fully extending the ladder. The partial extension capability is demonstrated in our instructional video available on the product page, including how custom heights can be safely configured for different working environments.

Once the ladder is locked in place, you can quickly and easily pinch the One Touch Release Buttons that will slowly lower the rungs back to it’s original compact size. No physical tug of war, no use of tools…just a simple pinch, to lower inch by inch!
