We stand behind the quality of our ladders. Telesteps products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

🔁 Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.  If you need to return a product, please email us at info@telestepsladders.com with the following:

  1. Your reason for the return

  2. Proof of purchase

  3. A clear photo of the product

After reviewing your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RMA) form. You must print and include this form with your return.

📦 Important Return Requirements:

  • Items must be returned at your own expense

  • Products must be in original packaging and resalable condition

  • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
