They are safe, durable, long lasting. We only buy new ones when we have new employees. They are light weight and easy to store.
My feet on the ladder somehow went bad. I was able to order new feet without any problem from the online store. Easy and fast. The install was also very easy. Happy to know the support is available for my ladder being that the quality is very high and is not a cheapo brand. I hope to have many year of service from my ladder.
My IT Field Tech uses a sedan for his site visits. Sometimes we need to access security cameras and the step ladder on site is simply not enough. I had a recommendation for this product and we decided to give it a show. Fits perfectly on the backseat floor and he can reach everything at our sites. Very happy with our purchase.
As customized fiberglass toppers for our pickup trucks became more and more expensive, we searched for a non-custom topper in which we would not have to add a custom internal ladder rack. As we require a 1AA rated 6-foot ladder on each of our service vehicles to be able to access drop-ceilings, attics, etc. we were struggling to move away from the customized topper. We then discovered the Telesteps 10ES. The 10ES ladder gave us the 1AA duty rating, the 6-10 foot reach height, plus was compact and stowable enough that we did not have to customize a ladder rack. The Telesteps 10ES was the perfect solution to our problem.
Good quality product
I purchased my telesteps ladder several years ago and it has performed perfectly. I knocked the feet off from moving it too many times and just purchased replacement feet. They arrived today just as described. I highly recommend Telesteps
