Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Zones - We currently ship across Canada and the Continental United States (Not Including Minor Outlining Islands). We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.
Delivery Timing - Our team aims to deliver your product within 2 weeks of receiving your order, however due to weather or freight delays it may take 14 to 21 days for your order to arrive. You must provide a valid email address and phone number when checking out your shopping cart as these are required for carrier delivery and order status updates from our system.
FedEx Signature Required on Delivery – To ensure accurate and confirmed delivery of your order, all shipments are sent “Direct Signature Required”. This means that someone must be present at the time of delivery for FedEx to deliver your parcel. If someone is not available at the time of delivery, FedEx will attempt delivery a total of three (3) times before returning your shipment to Telesteps. As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to be aware of the status of your delivery. Your package tracking number is included in the Shipping Confirmation that is emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse. You can contact FedEx customer support at 1-800-463-3339. We do not reimburse shipping charges for returned parcels.
