On step ladders, it serves as a convenient tool tray to keep essentials within reach.
Surface guidance: Designed for use on flat surfaces, inside/outside corners, and certain curved surfaces when properly positioned. Not intended for use on trees or irregular, unstable surfaces.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $300 or more (before taxes and discounts) shipped within Canada and the continental United States.
We currently ship across Canada and the continental U.S.
Please note: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories (including minor outlying islands).
Orders are typically shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. However, due to weather conditions or freight delays, delivery may take 14 to 21 days.
To avoid delays, please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout — these are required for carrier notifications and delivery updates.
All shipments are sent with Direct Signature Required via FedEx. This means someone must be present to sign at the time of delivery.
If no one is available, FedEx will attempt delivery three (3) times before returning the package to Telesteps.
As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to be aware of the status of your delivery.
Your tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
We do not reimburse shipping costs for packages returned due to missed delivery attempts.

A clear photo of the product
After reviewing your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RMA) form. You must print and include this form with your return.

I bought this based on reviews and other research I did. I did not want the traditional ladder of this size due to storage and transportation limits of a similar reach ladder. This fits the bill for reach, mobility, and storage. Its compact design, added strength, and the wide steps make it an ideal investment that will last a lifetime for me. The corner accessory is a great addition and highly recommended. I've used it once, but it is staged for additional use that will really test its features, particulary height/reach. Overall, I'm glad I invested in this ladder.
