• Full-height setup: extend from the top rung until fully extended — lock indicators show green when secured.
• Partial-height setup: pull upward from the rung corresponding to your desired working height — remaining upper sections stay nested together. Confirm green on each extended rung.
• Retraction: Keep the ladder upright and squeeze the two One-Touch Release Buttons on the bottom rung. The built-in slowdown tubes provide a smooth, controlled retraction.
