⏱ Delivery Time
Orders are typically shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. However, due to weather conditions or freight delays, delivery may take 14 to 21 days.
To avoid delays, please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout — these are required for carrier notifications and delivery updates.
✍️ Signature Required on Delivery
All shipments are sent with Direct Signature Required via FedEx. This means someone must be present to sign at the time of delivery.
If no one is available, FedEx will attempt delivery three (3) times before returning the package to Telesteps.
As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to be aware of the status of your delivery.
Your tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
We do not reimburse shipping costs for packages returned due to missed delivery attempts.
