Inherited this $300 plus value ladder from father in law in 2013 but leg bottoms were defective. After using this style ladder often on a heavy wrecker, I decided to invest in repair. Feet were easy to replace but not simple. Took only 30minutes I’m guessing. Repair parts came quickly. Thanks Telesteps!
My IT Field Tech uses a sedan for his site visits. Sometimes we need to access security cameras and the step ladder on site is simply not enough. I had a recommendation for this product and we decided to give it a show. Fits perfectly on the backseat floor and he can reach everything at our sites. Very happy with our purchase.
As customized fiberglass toppers for our pickup trucks became more and more expensive, we searched for a non-custom topper in which we would not have to add a custom internal ladder rack. As we require a 1AA rated 6-foot ladder on each of our service vehicles to be able to access drop-ceilings, attics, etc. we were struggling to move away from the customized topper. We then discovered the Telesteps 10ES. The 10ES ladder gave us the 1AA duty rating, the 6-10 foot reach height, plus was compact and stowable enough that we did not have to customize a ladder rack. The Telesteps 10ES was the perfect solution to our problem.
