I bought this based on reviews and other research I did. I did not want the traditional ladder of this size due to storage and transportation limits of a similar reach ladder. This fits the bill for reach, mobility, and storage. Its compact design, added strength, and the wide steps make it an ideal investment that will last a lifetime for me. The corner accessory is a great addition and highly recommended. I've used it once, but it is staged for additional use that will really test its features, particulary height/reach. Overall, I'm glad I invested in this ladder.

The ladder is super strong! I’m 214 pounds and I can go up and down this thing all day long! It’s easy to extend and retract! I love it!!!

I’ve been using Telesteps for 30 years since1994. This is my 5th ladder and the step design is much safer with the wider step, anti slip ridge on the leading edge. I only wish you would bring back the step adjuster to use in stairwells or on uneven surfaces.
Get fit perfect and nor I can use the ladder safely!! I would like to purchase the top covers that keep from scratching the walls! Can you assist? Thank you so much for such a great product!
I am a homeowner and wanted a portable ladder to reach my attic and loft. Given the high accident rates associated with ladders, I wanted something secure with wide steps so I would not slip. The wide step of this ladder makes me feel very safe. The ladder is sturdy, secure, easy to operate and exactly what I wanted. I could have found something much less expensive but figured I would rather spend a bit more on a secure ladder and be preventative versus spending what I can not afford on medical bills from falling.
I have owned this Tellestep ladder since 1998, it still looks and operates like new, I have only had to replace the feet once. Friends use it more than me, it stores in my motor coach without taking up valuable space.
